State Representative Brad Stephens, Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart, and MWRD Commissioner Kimberly du Buclet are hosting a FREE electronics recycling, shred truck, and prescription drug drop off event at his district office parking lot this May.

WHAT: Spring Cleaning Electronics Recycling Event

WHERE: Rep. Stephens’ District Office East Parking Lot (5515 N. East River Rd., Chicago)

WHEN: Saturday, May 6th, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please enter off Gregory Street – you will not be able to enter off Catalpa. Please stay in your car and someone will take your items. Brochures on state programs will also be available.

Electronics Items Accepted:

  • Cables – all types
  • Cell phones/telephone devices
  • Computers/laptops
  • Hardware/motherboards
  • Holiday lights
  • Monitors/calculators
  • Printers/fax machines
  • Game systems/stereos
  • Televisions – LIMIT ONE PER HOUSEHOLD
  • Toasters/blenders
  • Toner cartridges
  • UPS batteries/car batteries

1 TV/COMPUTER PER FAMILY AND 1 STANDARD BOX OF ELECTRONICS

LIMIT 2 GROCERY BAGS FOR SHRED ITEMS

ABOUT BRAD STEPHENS

Lifelong resident and supporter of the 20th District, Representative Bradley A. Stephens was sworn in on June 29, 2019.

Stephens concurrently serves as the CEO of one of the most successful municipalities in the nation, Rosemont, Illinois. Prior to becoming mayor, Brad Stephens served the Village of Rosemont as a member of its Board of Trustees for 18 years.
